While i was in PSW visa, my wife came into uk as my dependent. now i got ilr so i wanted to change it to spousal visa before her visa run out (30 november 2011). i wanted to apply at PEO , so

1. FLR(M) form gives you information about the documentary evidence one needs in support of the application.

thank you sushdmehta,
i got one small query,
i wanted toknow that can i send 6 months payslips of mine and my wife instead of statement?
as in the form it has written
"Evidence of your finances. Bank statements, building society savings books, pay slips or other formal documents as evidence of your and your partner’s ability to maintain and accommodate yourselves and any dependants without recourse to public funds."
They have said bank statemnets, building society savings books, payslip or other formal document.. i assume that i can present any of this, either bank statement or payslips.. isnt it?
please correct me if i am wrong..
thanking you in anticipation.

i am still in confusion, what will be my option,,
should i take 3 months statement , the balance starting from minus to 2500...
or take 6 months payslips of mine and my wife.
wil that payslip suffice the requirement... if not then shall i take 2 month statement with positive balance? and the payslips
please suggest me..
sorry for being noisy.
looking forward to hear from you all.
thank you

p.s. does it really matter the balances starting from minus but the closing balance is 2500+.
