Tier - 1 general dependent application help needed..

Hi All,

Please if someone could help me regarding the question below, that would be a great help.

I am on Tier - 1 general visa from last 4 months. Me and My wife came to London before 2 years.

1) she was the main applicant on Tier 4 student and i was the dependent
2) now i changed from her dependent to Tier -1 general main applicant in Jun 2011
3) she will be going soon to India to change her status from Student visa to my Tier -1 general dependent.

Question:
1) do i need to submit my passport while she is making her application
2) she is holding valid student visa till 2014. if her tier 1 general visa gets rejected in India, her student visa also gets cancelled? or she is able to flay back with that student visa.
3) as we are in uk from last 2 years, and i am not making an application with her, is it ok if we have shown 533 (just for her self) pound balance from last 3 months.

so if the tier 1 dependent application is rejected, her student visa is still valid..

also i think she onnly needs to show 533 for balance and i am not making any application so i dont think i need to show 800 pounds for my balance..
