hi

I am on psw visa and my visa psw will expire in 20th september 2013.My wife is on dependent visa and her visa also expire on 20th september 2013.Can you please tell me my wife can get student visa in jan 2013 and then shall i swtich to her student dependent while living in UK before my 20th september 2013.

As the rules stand at the moment both of you would need to return home to apply for your new visas. It is not possible to switch from tier 4 to tier 4 dependent from within the UK and vice versa. However no one knows what the rules will be so far in the future.
