I dont think it will be for people who are already in this country..zeba wrote:hey guys,
we know that uk gov is limiting immigrants, but which visa?is it tier 1 or tier 2.
people on tier 1 who have extension in 2012,2013 etc and so on will be just told to leave uk:( without PR!!!
Stop scaremongering and get your facts together first (even the subject you chose is out to get attention). Firstly, it is a consultation, not yet law. Things will change between the consultation and when it is written into law. Secondly, there is nothing to suggest that Tier 1 migrants won't be able to apply for settlement, the only suggestion is to stop extension of Tier 1 visas without applying for settlement. (E.g. after 5 years you either apply for settlement, switch to another visa or leave). It is however still just a consultation.people on tier 1 who have extension in 2012,2013 etc and so on will be just told to leave uk
What's 'scary' bruv? And what exactly are you afraid of?zeba wrote:hey guys,
