ACCA B.Sc OBU ..uk tution provider letter

Dear members,

I would like to know if it is necessary to send letter from uk institution if applying for psw on B.Sc OBU(ACCA).

ihave been in UK and studied at tier 4 sponsor but due to some issues they cant give me a letter for applying psw.

If I only attach certificate from Oxford brookes and letter confirming start and end dates from uni ,will that not be enough.
