Yes I do have her original passport with me now.. She does not know how to get notarised with the lawyer and so she sent the original passport to me ...John wrote:I have only four things to mention :-

She should have not done that, but instead sent you a certified copy of that passport. In my mind passports should never be in a different country to the person named in the passport.

- As regards your 11 and 12, the accommodation, does the new tenancy agreement specifically give you permission to stay there? If not, have you got a letter from the landlord/agent giving you permission to live there? I do not see a problem about the Council Tax.
- Given that you have not told us how much your wife is earning, it is impossible to comment upon whether the financial test is passed, or not.

If you want to show that you meet the English language requirement because you hold an acceptable degree taught in English, you should provide the original certificate of your award.
This certificate must be original, and must clearly show:
your name
the title of the award
the date of the award
the name of the awarding institution
Original provisional certificates are not acceptable.
