ilr for spouse

i have spouse visa which will expire at 27.1.2012.and i entered in uk at 6 nov 2009 so when i will be able to apply for ilr and second question photographs for ilr application,where in uk i can take photo for ilr application,thanks

You can apply no earlier than 28 days before the 6th November 2011 and no later than the expiry date of the visa.
I'm sure you can find a photo booth close to where you are living or Snappy Snaps (photography shops) are in most big towns.

Have you passed the Life in the UK test or completed an approved ESOL citizens course?

yes i passed life in uk test allready so i can apply ilr after 6 oct 2011.and for photographs for set m application do i need same as uk passport size photo

It is 28 days before Nov 6th! So it is not Oct 6th but will be Oct 9th. Be careful about the dates.

i went lloyd tsb bank today and asked them for banker draft payable to home office and she gave me cheque payable to home office so whats difference between them i will apply for set m application next week
