TIER 1 GENERAL EXTENSION TERURNED APPLICATION

HI ALL,

MY TIER 1 GENETAL APPLICATION +1 DEPENDENT GOT RETRNED DUE TO WRONG FEE..I REPOSTED IT BUT THE PROBLEM IS IT RETURNED AFTER 1 MONTH FROM THE DAY I POSTED 1ST ..MY LOWYER ASKED ME SEND ANOTHER BANK STATEMENT FOR THAT TIME PERIOD BUT I COULDN'T COZ ON THT MOMENT MY ACCOUND WAS OVER DRAFT..BUT WHN I'M SENDING THT BEFO IT WAS PERFECT WITH ALL MAINTAINENCE FUNDS AND OTHER STUFF..THEREFOR I SEND IT WITH DA CORECT PAYMENT AND ALL THE DOCUMENTS AND STATEMENTS WHICH I SENT BEFO..IS IT WILL BE A PROBLEM ???? PLS PLS HELP ME...

I think all you can do now is wait for the outcome. The original application was not accepted and frozen pending further submissions; it was rejected and you were told to reapply so that would require the new application to have a current statement. Or not!

i didnt send a new application ..i only change the payment page on the application..thts wht the pawyer asked me 2 do..

That's not quite true as he also asked you to update your statements but you have not done that.

The point I'm making is that the first application was not accepted as so it remains a moot point as to whether the conditions at the time of that submission will be accepted or whether you need to provide new evidence for the new submission. Like I said, all you can do now is wait to see what rules or discretion may be applied in situations such as these.
