psw transfer

Once We get the psw visa, is it possible to get transferred to tier 1 general visa, in case i have a graduate job

if you satisfy tier 1 general requirement then yes, you can switch anytime you want to tier 1.

ps. haven't they shut tier 1 (G) down already anyway

Tier 1 general is closed for new applicants unless you are in one of a few minority of old categories.
