Does it have to be verified somewhere and where? Or just signature will do?

also as far as accommodation goes do we need a document stating rooms and sizes of the home we will be staying in or is the HM land registry ok? it has a outline around the plot but doesnt state how many rooms or the size of them will the sponsors letter stating this be enough?

Please tell us the category under which the application is to be made (or, as suggested earlier, continue under one topic).

e.g. - you don't need any of the above for a visitor visa application.

It's spouse visa, with third party sponsorship. I've read some comments saying that SU07 is not necessary but also some that people do include it so want to be on safe side really.
