I am Engish from at least 1066

Seriously? 1966?

Where is the child's other parent? Does your fiancee have sole responsibility of the child?

My Fiancee has sole responsibility, the boys father didn't maintain them when they were married or since their divorce 12 or 13 yrs ago.

He also gives written notarised permission for the lad to leave.
