Can i switich to Student Visa

Hi i recently came to england on Visit to see my family. I Want to Study Social science in Uk now.

Can i apply in country student visa rather then going back because it will cost me with air tickets and settling down again.

there was no rudeness . You asked can you change to student you were told NO .
No you can not switch in the uk you have to go home .

I was not being rude - the answer is simple - no.

Have a look at the immigration rules for tier 4 visas and you will see that you cannot switch from leave as a visitor.

Explain why do you need a student visa?
