How long without a photo ID ?

Post by calimero » Thu Oct 20, 2011 8:02 pm

I am just about to send my AN form with my passports and driving license
as this was the ID i used at the Life in the UK test .

Is it true that it may take up to 6 months to get my passport and driving license back ? If so , how do i prove my identity when needed in daily life?

Why not apply through NCS - if you don't mind paying around 50 quids extra! This way you'll get to keep your passport & driving licence.

Not necessary to use NCS of your local council. You may use any in England, Wales or NI .... so call a few.
