Tier 1 extension - 2nd application

Hi,

I applier tier1 extension before my current leave of expiry. But due to payment being rejected by bank , payment cold not be made and application was returned by HO as invalid.

I have submitted the application again , this time with postal order. But am I allowed to work or shall I wait until my visa approval comes.

when did your leave expire?
When did you send the application again?

My leave expired on 2nd October. I received letter from HO on 15th Oct and sent back on 17th Oct.

Unaware of what the letter actually states regarding applying again, my advice would be that you stop working with immediate effect ... until you receive an approval.
