plain paper bank statement

Hi All,

I am in uk on tier 1 and want to apply for my wife and kids dependant visa. I am having a problem, i have an account with barclays they send statement every month by post but i have misplaced the statement. I can order a new one for the last 3 months but it will not be in letter head, it will be on plane paper,if i can get it signed and stamped, can i use this statement?

Has anyone submitted this plane paper statement with stampted and sign for dependant visa?

I bank with Barclays too. I went into a branch and explained why I needed the statement to be on a letter head, and they printed the statements on letter-headed paper for me. They also signed and stamped said statement. You may wish to try doing the same.

the bank statement must include the bank's name and logo - as stated in the policy guidance. therefore ask your bank to provide you with a proper bank statement, or a letter confirming your minimum balance for the relevent period.
