Limited company - Earnings

For a Tier 1 extension, does UKBA match each payment of invoices provided to credits into the company account?

I ask because my client/agency may pay some of my invoices in part and rest later.

So total of invoices will equals credits. But the individual credits won't match invoices.

I am hoping that for limited companies, the matching is not done at all. Rather it is only for amounts claimed as salary.

Is that correct?

To save any potential confusion just get your accountant (or do it yourself) to set everything down in a schedule and also explain what has happened/is happening.
