PSW dependant

Hi all,
Please i need urgent advice. am on a student visa likewise my husband. We got married in uk few weeks ago and my visa expires on 30th october 2011. My husband is applying for his PSW visa and i wish to depend on him. we have booked same day appointment two days before my visa expires. I have read the rules and am still confused if i have to go back home to be able to depend on him or i can still make the dependant application from inside the UK. thanks

You will have to apply from outside the UK.
