Section 3 Good Character Reference

My wife is applying for a naturalization as my spouse.

As she is a housewife and so not working how should this section be filled.

She will specify "Housewife" under section 3.1 but then all the following sections including section 3.2 - 3.5 don't apply so can they left blank?
