i am an irish girl livIng in the uk ( north ireland), i have both british and irish passports .i am going to india to get married next month to an indian man i met 2 years ago in holland he is working and living there illegal, his passport expired a year ago and he has to go home to get a new one, i go to holland every month to be with him and kept all my plane tickets and phone bills as proof , when we apply for the visa will they do a background check on him so they will know he was illegal in another country,? and will that go against us? can u tell me what visa i need to apply for as i am not working, im on DLA the last 6 years and cant work,, my father is coming to our wedding in india and he is willing to sponser my then husband, as he is a homeowner and worker, he is dutch and has a dutch passport but he has lived in north ireland for 40 years..please help me, time is running out and i need answers, thanks
