Complaint to UKBA naturalisation Timeline

Dear All,

I am sure that there a lot of others like me who have applied in first week of July for naturalisation and i am sure lot of them havent received any confirmation on application yet,where as applicants applying in september and october are getting their approvals

I was wondering is there any way to complaint on this?

What is the system that UKBa FOLLOWS?
Can't we get freedom of information on this?

I think there is no reason why you should complain, HO have 6 months to deal with any application, so before that deadline there is not much we can do or say. I am in the same situation as you and I think it is just a matter of time and patience. I know it can be frustrating especially that some people are being served quite quickly but I am sure there is an explanation behind. So my advise it to be patient, look at 6 months as your deadline so you can forget about it for some time, and who knows you may receive a nice surprise in the next couple if days.

from reading recent threads it's all about which file they pick up first. sounds a bit chaotic to me, we've just applied this month and are prepared for a six month sit-in, will be banging on doors after that though! lol
