Maintanence - Uk Application

Dear Friends,

I have my bank account with HSBC in Uk. I have funds , ie 800 GBP and above ..for 90 days in my savings account.

Can i show this savings account statement for the maintenance section

The location of the bank account is not important if it's a genuine bank with an account in your name. If you apply from inside the UK the maintenance amount is 800. If you apply for a visa from outside the UK the amount required is 2800.
