How can I determine if a benefit/earning belongs to remunera

remuneration package?
if a benefit/earning which is not a part of the base salary by is taxed with the base salary and is displayed in the salary slip and it is not a reimbursement for something that I spent, it is treating by the tax authorities as income from the employer and I'm taxed as earnings. and it is added for the running taxes.
so with the above description can I treat as in remuneration package?
