Speeding fine and Penalty points through Court.. Affect T1?

Hi

I've got 5 penalty points and 175 pounds fine through court for overspeading dated Jan 2010. Will it affect my Tier1 extension application in Dec 2011 and then ILR application in Dec 20013?
I am very worried about it as my extension is just round the corner.
