BC after 1 year of ILR

Post by AntCoe » Mon Oct 10, 2011 9:08 pm

Hi All

Can someone please attach the ukba link that states that you can only apply for BC one year after obtaining ILR...

My ILR was obtained on the grounds of UK Ancestry.

Thanks

is there a discount for my 3 year old daughter or does she pay the full fee of £540 (section 3.1 of the Act) when my wife and i apply jointly for Naturalisation (£1294)?

Thanks

The fees leaflet explains any or all discounts / concessions that may apply.

If you cannot find one in there, it doesn't exist.
