MY TEN YEARS OLD SON PASSPORT

hi I have got a son who is ten, was born in England, but me and his dad were both African, we own african passport I have got UK settlement, not british citizen,. my question is which passport I can apply for my son? British or african please help me in this.

That depends on whether you wish your son to be a British citizen or African citizen or both (if the laws allow so).

As for your child's eligibility to British citizenship, see UK-born child
