Please i need a clarification before i submit my form-I presently work in a university as graduate assistant in my department.I have a Bsc in Toxicology and work under supervision as assistant lecturer,will it be taking as graduate level job since in our structure here in Nigeria,you can only be refer to as Graduate assistant but i still teach.

A graduate Assistant position is only available to one who has a Bachelor degree (infact a good one - 1st class or 2.1). It should therefore qualify as a graduate level job

Thanks for the response.I have another question-must my reference letter be addressed to HSMP as my Head of Department will rather write to whom it may concern than to a specific person,will that be okay.

I think it is better to have it addressed to "to whom it may concern" because it is deemed accurate for all audiences and circumstances. Moreover, if you need to use the document for some other purpose in future, addressing it to someone specific now might prove to be a hindrance.
