ILR documentation query - umbrella company

Hi,
I am applying for ILR by end of Nov 2011, i am currently on old workpermit from past 4 years sponsored by my current employer, however for the 1st year my workpermit was sponsored by an umbrella company based in UK, i have P-60 for this ,10 payslips, original WP document and contract of employment from this umbrella company.
I have no issues with current employer documentation , i have all 4 years P-60 and payslips.

Would there be any problem with my Umbrella company documentation at PEO.

It will be vey much appreciated if you could advice me please.
