Hi,
I applied for HSMP from Dubai. It is under process. Incase If I move back to India can I request the HSMP clerance papers to India address? Can I get stamping in Indian UK embassy? Please let me know immediately.

according to HSMP rules you should not apply from the place where your stay is temporary. See the guidence .pdf file on HO site. If I were you, I will wait till the decision comes.

Yes, it is right in a case of temporary stay (short visit, business trip) but if one works in another country he can apply there.

I suppose tvb1976 meant that.

I have the same situation, my contract ends on the 15th of September and I expect my documents to be considered at the end of September or later.

So I will leave country before and worry how to arrange reception of these documents and EC procedure in my native country.

Yes, You are right. I am working in Dubai on residence visa. I can stay for long time. I just like to know incase If i cancel my visa and move back to India can I request the documents to India address? Can I get stamping in India? Plz advice me.
