Need to sit for "Life in the UK" test before apply

Hi,
I got my ILR 1 year and 11 month. I applied for it without having to sit for "Life in the UK" test under the HSMP Judicial Review.
Now that I want to apply for British Citizenship, do I need to sit for the test before applying?
