Hi,
I am currently on Tier-4 Student VISA and living in UK with family. What are the ways to live in UK after studies. Can I think now or wait to complete my studies in 2013 and then apply for working VISA or other? I want to utilize the current time to plan for future.

Please guide me.

Nobody can say what will be immigration laws in 2013.

Almost all work routes has been closed for non-eu immigrants. You can only switch to Tier-2 according to current rules and its really hard to get Tier-2 sponsorship if you are not a medical professional.

Also, UKBA bringing a law on Tier-2 and other work visas, according to which, a non-eu worker will not be able to get british passports or to live in UK perminently.
