PSW PEO Application

When you are applying for PSW in person at one of the public enquiry offices through the premium service, do you get the visa stamped the same day or do they mail you the biometric permit in 7 days ? I can't make out from the website. I've got a visa appointment for Dec 22nd and I have to travel by the 24th. Can some one help me?
