Letter format

Hi All,

Can anyone please send me the format of the following document that needs to be submitted for TIER-1 dependent VISA:

A) NOC from land lord,

b) letter from bank for the minimum available fund

c) Covering letter.

I hereby certify that [Name of the Applicant] is currently renting out our premises [Address of the house] since [Date of Commencement].

I hereby confirm that, I have no objection for [Name of Appicant] to accomodate his dependent wife in our mentioned premises. I also have no objection to use this letter for supporting evidence for Tier 1 (General) dependant visa application.

NOC from landlord is not mandatory. No section of the application mentions about this.

I had even checked with UK home office. They said, it is not mandatory. But you CAN sumbit it as an additional document along with other.

So they should not reject your application if you have not provided the NOC.
