Tiel 1 General extension after April 2010 rules

Hi,
Currently I'm in Tier 1 General Visa in UK from 15/09/2010.The Original visa applied by 31/05/2010 At that time my age was 30.

May I know Previous earning and age points for my visa extention.

I wish to apply my extension on August 2012.
