hi, can anyone advice me, came as a student 2001... been in the country lawfully for 10 years now, and am married to an EU citizen my 5years resident card expires 2013, i have been a student until 2008 and i have worked for 3 years... which i have stopped working now.
(1) Do i have to wait for the five years to finish or apply for the 10yrs ILR...
(2) Do i have to be working before i can apply for the 10yrs ILR.....
(3) Can you advise how long it usaully takes for them to get back....

3. Get back with what? A decision? Current trends indicate 10 weeks.
