My tier 4 extension returned as invalid ,

hi,

i applied tier 4 extension with my dependant(my wife)

fyi my tier 4 extension was returned as invalid (i missed one tick box)

My visa expired on 30th august 2011 and i submitted on 19th august 2011.

yesterday i got a letter from UKBA that my application as invalid.

Now i got my Masters degree on 22 nd sep 2011.

can i apply for tier 1 PSW.

please give me suggestion ASAP

There's no right of appeal following an invalid application. However, applying for PSW is possible.

My TIER-4 extension was returned as invalid,
As per your reply i applied for TIER-1 PSW(but my vias expires),is it ok

I done mt biometric on 20th october 2011. In UKBA website it shows upto
28th October they considered applications thos who done biometric. Is it still
time should be taken?

That is impressive considering I just went into their website last night and they stated they were processing applications from which the biometrics were taken around the 15th of October, so this might mean theyre speeding up. It always takes around 4 weeks for your papers to get back to you after the biometrics (2 weeks if your lucky).
