Right of access to child

Post by moepro » Sat Nov 12, 2011 3:02 pm

Hello;

I have some inquiry about the Right of access to child's visa, I have checked out the homeoffice website and it says
(iii) the applicant produces evidence that he has access rights to the child in the form of:

(a) a Residence Order or a Contact Order granted by a Court in the United Kingdom; or

(b) a certificate issued by a district judge confirming the applicant's intention to maintain contact with the child
my question is how can I get any of these while I am out side of UK, and I have never been there? can my ex actually get that for me? and I have read in the PDF file that a sworn affidavit should work, has any of you guys tried this category before?

Another question is i tried to fill the form online which appeared to be a family visitor form, and theres alot questions about who am i gonna visit and who is going to sponsor me and about my work here, will leaving them blank talk to my application? I have read in your form that i will be able to work under this category and right now i have a bank account with around 4,000GBP.

help please. Thanks

See persons exercising rights of access to a child, particularly page 4 - a sworn affadavit from your ex will be sufficient.

See also VAT 23

Thanks for the help, do you have any clue about the permission to work? see the point 35.5 in this file http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... fusals.pdf which shows I wont be able to work.
