Have I got this category right?

Feeling nervous about the whole application and the very close deadline!

Have we got this right? are we applying for the
Form Set (O)
Section B
Highly Skilled MIgrant under the terms of the HSMP ILR review.

This is the main applicants visa history
21 August 2003 - arrived on Working Holiday Visa

19 November 2004 – 18 November 2005 Limited Leave to Remain
13 October 2005 – 18 November 2008 Limited Leave to Remain
29 October 2008 – 18 November 2011 Limited Leave to Remain

AND - my partner and I are both working in our own business. We work as a 'partnership' according to the tax man. No regular salary paid into bank accounts and no payslips. Have a letter from our accountant with a summary and also the previous accounts. Is this enough?
any magic / helpful hints to include in our application
