Queries - ILR (Tier 2 ICT) application

Hi ,

Whilst preparing my docs for ILR i have found the mismatch between my salary mentioned in my last extension and the amount in P60.

My annual salary mentioned in the T2 (ict) extension shows £44900 and in the P60 for last year shows the Gross salary of £44899.96

This means 4pence difference.

Will it be a problem when im my ILR? If yes what should i do?

No! Your annual salary does not divide exactly by 12, does it! Not a problem at all.

Hi,

I have an in person appointment coming Friday and all my documents are ready except the bank statement for the current month.I expect the statement before Friday hopefully (as i get on 16th or 17th every month).

To be in the safer side i went to the HSBC branch and asked for the statement with their seal but the manager refused to do that(as it is their policy).

If i don't get the statement befor next thursday is there any alternate document can i provide? has anyone got into such a kind of issue?

The guidance makes no mention of a bank statement issued on a letter-headed paper to be stamped and/or signed by a bank official.

Thanks Sush....The problem is the branch refused to provide the statement in the letter head which is giving me sleepless night.Any advice please.......

Thanks Sush....I have called the HSBC customer care and ordered the dulicate tsatement which wwill be delivered on time to the nearest branch.



I have one more query.....

I was out of country for 95 days altogether in 5 years.Do i nedd to get the letter from the employer stating that i was paid during my holiday?
