Queries - ILR (Tier 2 ICT) application

Hi ,

Whilst preparing my docs for ILR i have found the mismatch between my salary mentioned in my last extension and the amount in P60.

My annual salary mentioned in the T2 (ict) extension shows £44900 and in the P60 for last year shows the Gross salary of £44899.96

This means 4pence difference.

Will it be a problem when im my ILR? If yes what should i do?

Gurus/Moderators, your valuable advice please............

No! Your annual salary does not divide exactly by 12, does it! Not a problem at all.

The guidance makes no mention of a bank statement issued on a letter-headed paper to be stamped and/or signed by a bank official.

I was out of country for 95 days altogether in 5 years.Do i nedd to get the letter from the employer stating that i was paid during my holiday?
