changing college- URGENT PLZZZ HELP

changing college- URGENT PLZZZ HELP

Hi there,

I have just reached Uk and now realised that not only the college has been B listed but also, the college is no longer going to run my course in IT.

The college says if i want i can change to any other course (which I dont want) or I can go to another college, but then I have to show bank statements again for another 28 days and then go back to my home country and re-apply from there.

I am now trying to apply to a university, hence my questions, do I need to go back and re-apply or can I do it from here and also, how do I inform Home office if I get in the University. Will I need to send my passport to homeoffice? If i get into University I will be allowed work which at the moment I am not allowed.
