Can student dependent get a student finance for Uni Fees

Hi all,
My husband is student here and we the family are dependents with him. Now my daughter is going to get admission in University next year. (This is her 8th year of study in UK, year 6 till A level). She has to apply now through UCAS for next year. In that application form, in fees column, we have to fill either "private finance" or "student finance".
In case of private finance, we have to pay at least £9000/- in the beginning for the admission to be finalized (as her teacher is saying). The teacher is advising to go for student finance.
But, can we get a student finance here from the Uk govt or any bursary or scholarship that could be of help in tuition fees. This is really a very confusing situation for us as she has to apply a day after tomorrow.

If anyone has passed through the same situation or have any information regarding this, please help and advise that what we can or have to do in this situation.
