a student has completed pgd in business management. can he take admission in computer sciences in level 5?
he has spent only 1 year in uk

only if a tier 4 sponsor is willing to give him a CAS and confirm that the new coure represents academic progression from the previous course.

previous course was pgd in business management and is completed and got the edexel diplopa. so progress is available but he is going to down level 5 by changing subject. is that ok?

academic progress would usually mean going up a level, not down two levels. A tier 4 sponsor would need to justify how you are making academic progress by going from post graduate level to below degree level.
