Post by vix95 » Tue Sep 26, 2006 11:52 am

Hi,
In one section of HSMP form it asks for

" Please provide the evidence (incl. qualifications) of proficiency in english"

What evidences can be given against this ?

Thanks

You can either provide the certificate of your IELTS or any other similar test taken by you or else you can also point towards your qualification documents if aby of them shows 'English' as your subject or may be medium of your exams....

I dont have any such evidences as mostly the medium of education in India is english and except in certificates upto High school where we have english as another subject, we dont have any documents stating that the study of medium is english or have any special qualification in the same.

YEs you are right, so you can show your High School or your class 12th certifcates to prove that you have studied English till a particular level.

I am also from India and I guess your graduation marksheets at time say that your medium of study was English...just give it a shot...

Don't worry too much about it....just give them some general comments there like tell them your workplace also requires English language for communication and day to day business...
