Passport copy certification

Post by twister » Fri Nov 25, 2011 3:32 pm

Hi there.

Will be applying for a spouse visa from Pakistan. I am in the UK. Two questions:

1. Do I need to get the full passport or the relevant pages photocopied?
2. Do I need to get the documents certified from a solicitor (any idea how much they charge?) or does the post office certification work?

Thanks.

If you a PBS migrant, your wife cannot apply for a "spouse visa" ..... but only for a "dependant of PBS migrant" visa.
Life isn't fair, but you can be!

Correct. I am a PBS migrant. She will be applying as a dependant. Any thoughts on the certification?
