thank you. the immigration rule 305 you mentioned says they will give visa for a child if both parents are in UK with valid visa. So under which category I have to apply. It is not part of the tier system.
If its not a part of tier system, then which application I have to use, how to apply. your wife qualified because she had current leave as your tier 4 dependent/as a student dependent and applied at the same time as you.
