Hey everyone,

I would like to apply for spouse visa for my husband we have been together for almost 7 years (in love for 4 years + 2 years engage + 1 year married) we got married last year (he is 24 years old and I am 22, I am british citizen and he is arabic) and I have proof for our relationship since 2004, and i have the following things:

Proof of our relationship:

1- Our emails since 2005
2- Our texts messages since 2005
3- Our gifts and greeting cards since 2005
4- Our conversations in msn,yahoo,what's up, viber, skype
5- Phone cards and bills of the phone cards I use to call him

Proof of our wedding:

1- Marriagecertificate
2- Photos of our wedding (me + him together in the ceremony also with our relatives)
3- Bill of the place where the ceremony take place with pictures of it
4- Wedding invitation card
5- Reception invoice
6- My wedding dress receipt
7- Rings receipt

Financial and Employment:

1- I work full time since 9/2011 (£200 per week after tax) (I work from 4pm-12 mid night)
2- At the same time I am a full time student doing my degree (final year) I get student finance £6534 for the whole year (I study from 9:30 am - 3:00 pm)
3- I have saving account £3000
4- In my account I have got £6000
5- I have also 3rd party support of my relative who has his own business in the UK

My Husband:

He is going to do the english test on the 10/12/2011 and i am sure he will pass as his english is very good because at the moment he is studying in India. I will go to see him in Turkey in december we have booked the hotel and everything we will also attached some images for our trips and hotel bill as well as the tickets.


Accommodation:

1- At the moment I live with my family but I will rent a flat before he comes to the UK because I am scared to live by my own therefore I will do the contract before I submit my application.

I will also sumbit my employment contract ( i am a core worker with the agency), P60 and payslips for 4 months.

Is this enough? I am going to apply for him on january inshallah I am thinking to apply through a solicter, pray for me because I am tired of the long distance between us.

i have conntact the solicter today he said £600 in total for his fees and for the postal service, do you think its ok?

A Google search shows he's OISC registered which is important. Other than that I'm not able to comment on the level of efficiency. Perhaps one of the other member can.
I would be wary though of 'no win...no fee' claims from a company.
