Tier 1 (General) Extension July 2012

Post by sandy1318sandy » Sun Nov 27, 2011 2:24 pm

Hello Guys,

I got my tier 1 general in July 2009 and due for extension in July 2012. I have few concerns/questions please can I get some help.

1. Points for age- I was 27years when I posted my application(date of application) and by the time it was approved I was 28years. So am I right in thinking that when I apply for extension I will still get 20points (as I will be still 30years when I go for extension)

2. Earnings: I had to show £20,000 to get 15 points in the initial application, so even here am I correct in thinking I will still need to show £20,000 as previous earnings when I go for extension. (I can show up to £22,000)

thanking you in anticipation

1. See Confused?
2. Read the policy guidance.
