Hi all,

I have an online bankn account but I did know how to print it out so i went to the bank. The bank receptionist told me he can print it for me, so I asked whether I can get a stamp or supplement letter for that.
The bank assistant strongly rejected and said "it already has a logo and everything, you dont need a stamp for it" but i am still not sure because although it has a header, it is just printed on a plain paper (not embossed) nor bank logo is not colour (black and white). Would it be still accepted as what HO states as "bank’s letterhead/official stationery"?

hi aki,
you should have original bank statement if not then get online one and get stamp from bank.Bank should not have any problem to stamp if one bank is not helping yo then i suggest go to another branch or you can get bank letter from bank and should issue a letter without any doubt.
