Post by sarhad12 » Tue Nov 29, 2011 8:35 pm

I claim Job Seeker Allowance! as single claim, my wife is restricted due to spouse visa, is that going to cause problem for her indefinite leave to remain?

And another issue is her 2 years completes on 27jan 2012 but her spouse visa expires on 15 march 2012.. when shall i submit her documents?

If you claim for yourself it will have no effect on your wife's ILR.
You can submit her documents on 31 December 2011 which is 28 days before the end of her 2 years settlement

Read SET(M) form for documentary evidences required to support a settlement application as a spouse.

The earliest your spouse can apply is 28 days before the 2nd anniversary of her entry in the UK as a spouse. The latest she may apply is the day the current leave expires. Your / her choice as to "when" she may apply.
Life isn't fair, but you can be!
