Are ILR Fees Tax Deductible?

Can't seem to find the ansawer to this anywhere and HMRC won't anwser their phone.

If you are in full time employment can you claim back your Fees for ILR in your personal income tax?

No. To be deductible the expenditure would need to be wholly, exclusively and necessarily incurred in connection with the duties of your employment, and it is simply not the case that the expenditure is so incurred.
