supporting document for citizenchip

Post by reda » Tue Nov 29, 2011 9:15 pm

hi all of you,
my Friend due to apply for citizenship this December
as EEA citizen holding PR status (he applied using eea3 application) from last December,i wondering if the list below is enough to submit for his AN application
evidence for identity:
*eea passport
Evidence of knowledge of English and of Life in the UK:
* Certificate of progression from one ESOL level to another along with evidence that the college is an accredited college and confirmation that the course followed by the applicant was ESOL-with-citizenship
*Evidence of lawful residence:
His bleu card showing permission to remain permanently in the UK
letter from employer(same employer for 6 years)

no need:
*to answer section 2.4 and 2.5
*to fill section 4 of supporting document (Evidence of settlement for applicants from the European Economic Area )

please advise me?
many thanks.[/b]

Seems OK. Does the letter from employer state that the applicant has been working for them and resident in the UK for the period?

Did you follow the link? as Casa suggests there, "divorce" should be written in the field. nothing else.

are you sure, for my understanding "DIVORCE" is not the answer to that question.

No. Never applied as a divorcee myself. That is why I referred to an answer given to a similar question.
